This deal goes beyond the $369 - by having a full kitchen, you can stock up on groceries so you don't have to pay crazy prices for food at the various theme parks. There are grocery stores within a couple miles of the hotel. They also have a small on-site convenience store. Use the free shuttle to go back to the hotel at lunchtime and save more money by making sandwiches.
Depending on where their attraction shuttle goes, you may not have to rent a car during your stay. I'm not sure if they have an airport shuttle; you might want to call the hotel directly to find out.
I also love the idea of having a washer and dryer while on vacation - no more putting on cold, wet swimsuits! Throw 'em in the dryer! Woo hoo! Also, you can avoid checked baggage fees by taking a small carry on and doing laundry in the convenience of your hotel room.
